Elite Endurance is a 5-day-per-week training program built to develop a complete endurance athlete. By combining aerobic base work, threshold training, speed development, and race-specific conditioning, this program targets every aspect of endurance performance. Whether you're preparing for endurance races, tactical events, or simply want to improve your engine, Elite Endurance provides a structured approach to building speed, stamina, durability, and long-term performance.

Trevor served in the 75th Ranger Regiment for nearly a decade. He is a graduate of Ranger School and RASP, a Regimental 2-Gun Champion, Best Ranger Competitor, Tactical Games athlete, competitive shooter, and former Texas A&M instructor. Trevor translates his experience into coaching focused on strength, resilience, and real-world performance.

Dakotah is a Master Class shooter in Carry Optics and Limited Optics with experience in USPSA, 2-Gun, 3-Gun, Best Ranger, and The Tactical Games. Nearly a decade in the Army and competition in CrossFit, HYROX, and Ironman events forged his ability to perform under pressure. He helps athletes build strength, endurance, and shooting performance through simple, effective, sustainable training.

Matt Powell, RD, CSCS, spent 15 years as the Human Performance Coach for 3rd Ranger Battalion, optimizing the performance of Army Rangers at the highest level. He has coached in the NFL with the Browns and Bears, prepared hundreds of athletes for elite military selections, owns Body Evolution Gym in Columbus, GA, and is an internationally competitive strongman athlete.

Who is this program for?
Anyone looking to build serious endurance, improve aerobic capacity, and become more resilient. Whether you're training for tactical performance, HYROX, rucking, running, hunting, or simply want elite-level conditioning, this program is built for you.
What equipment do I need?
Basic gym access is recommended. Running shoes, a ruck (optional), and access to cardio equipment can help, but many sessions can be modified based on available equipment.
Is this a running-only program?
No. This is a complete endurance program incorporating running, conditioning, strength training, recovery, and overall athletic development.
